PAYING AGENTS OTHER THAN INDENTURE TRUSTEE. (a) The Shipowner will cause any Paying Agent (other than the Indenture Trustee) which it may appoint by a writing delivered to such Paying Agent, with copies to the Indenture Trustee and the Secretary, to execute and deliver to the Indenture Trustee an instrument in which such agent shall agree with the Indenture Trustee that, subject to paragraph (b) of this Section and Section 4.03:
