Paying For The Arbitration. Each party will pay the fees for his, her or its own attorneys, subject to any remedies to which that party may later be entitled under applicable law. However, you will only pay so much of the arbitration filing fees as you would have paid had you filed a Complaint in a court of law and Eventbrite will pay all remaining administrative and/or hearing fees charged by the Arbitrator and/or AAA.
