Common use of Payment After Final Completion Clause in Contracts

Payment After Final Completion. Owner shall make final payment of all sums due Design/Builder within thirty (30) days after Final Completion as reflected by Owner's Certificate for Final Payment, provided that all documents and things required to be delivered to Owner hereunder have been delivered as required, and provided that all other conditions precedent to payment have been satisfied.
