Payment after Late Payment. The CMU Lodging and Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by facsimile each of the other Agents and the Issuer if at any time following the giving of a notice by the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent under Clause 4.5 either any payment provided for in Clause 4.1 is made on or after its due date but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement or the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent is satisfied that it will receive such payment.
