Common use of Payment after Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Payment after Late Payment. The Issuing and Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by electronic communication each of the other Agents, the Relevant Issuer, the Guarantor, the Trustee, and, if requested by the Trustee, the Noteholders if at any time following the giving of a notice by the Issuing and Paying Agent under Clauses 4.4 either any payment provided for in Clause 4.1 is made on or after its due date but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement or the Issuing and Paying Agent is satisfied that it will receive such payment.

Payment after Late Payment. The Issuing and Paying Agent shall forthwith promptly notify by fax or electronic communication mail each of the other Agents, the Relevant Determination Agent, the Issuer, the Guarantor, the Trustee, each other Programme Party and, if requested by the Trustee, the Noteholders ETP Securityholders if at any time following the giving of a notice by the Issuing and Paying Agent under Clauses 4.4 Clause 4.3 either any payment provided for in Clause 4.1 is made on or after its due date but otherwise in accordance with this Agreement or the Issuing and Paying Agent is satisfied that it will receive such payment.
