Payment Amount and Terms. 3.1 The fee apportioned to, and to be paid by the Municipality to the GRCA, for the calendar year 2024, in Canadian funds, is the sum of $14,767.00. This amount is conditional on all participating municipalities in the GRCA watershed entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the GRCA for the delivery of non-mandatory programs and services. 3.2 The fee to be apportioned to and paid by the Municipality for future calendar years may be increased in accordance with the Fees and Payment section of the Memorandum of Understanding.
