PAYMENT AND ACCOUNTS. 6.1. All payments to be made by the Lessee under this Agreement including Variable Lease Rentals, shall be made in full, without any set-off or counter claim whatsoever, on the Payment Date as specified in Appendix ‘B’and when the Payment Date is not a Business Day, the next Business Day and save as provided in Clause 6.2, free and clear of any deductions or withholdings on the due date to the Lessor. The Lessee will be released from its payment obligations hereunder only after the Lessor has received credit for the sums paid by the Lessee.
