PAYMENT AND COLLECTION FOR SERVICES. StoresOnline shall collect the monthly fees set by Reseller from Reseller's customers and, after deducting any monthly fees and expenses to which it is entitled hereunder, shall remit the balance to Reseller on a monthly basis, together with a statement setting forth the amounts collected, the amounts deducted and the total amount remitted. In the event payment is not received by StoresOnline within the specified time (net of 15 days), an additional late charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) of the past due amount will be assessed for each thirty (30) days outstanding, prorated on a daily basis. All payments for Services shall be made in United States dollars.
