PAYMENT AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS. 1. Any assessment levied pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute a debt of every Signatory Handler so assessed and shall be due and payable to the Department or the Board at such times and in such a manner as the Department may prescribe.
