Payment and Delivery of Option Securities. Delivery of the Option Securities in a form reasonably acceptable to the Representative against payment of the applicable purchase price in federal funds by wire transfer to an account at a bank designated by the Company shall be made on each Option Closing Date to or as instructed by the Representative for the accounts of the several Underwriters.
