Payment and Performance of Loan Documents. Grantor will punctually pay the principal and interest and all other sums to become due in respect hereof and of the Note at the time and place and in the manner specified therein, according to the true intent and meaning thereof, all in currency of the United States of America which at the time of such payment shall be legal tender for the payment of public and private debts. Grantor will duly and timely comply with and perform all of the terms, provisions, covenants and agreements contained in said documents and in all other documents or instruments executed or delivered by Grantor to Beneficiary in connection with the Loan, and will permit no failures of performance thereunder.
