Payment and Performance of Secured Obligations. The Mortgagor shall pay and perform the Secured Obligations at the times and places and in the manner specified in the Transaction Documents. The Secured Obligations are described in the Collateral Trust Agreement and are evidenced by the Secured Instruments and the other Transaction Documents.
