Payment and Redelivery of Option or Shares. In the event Avanex ------------------------------------------ exercises its rights under Section 6, Oplink will, within five (5) business days after Avanex delivers notice pursuant to Section 6, pay the required amount to Avanex in immediately available funds and Avanex will surrender to Oplink the Option and the certificates evidencing the Oplink Shares purchased by Avanex pursuant thereto.
