PAYMENT AND ROYALTY. Buyer shall render to Seller on or before the twenty-fifth (25th) day of each month a statement showing the volume of gas delivered by Seller, or for which payment is due hereunder, during the preceding month. Buyer shall make payment to Seller on or before the last day of each calendar month for all gas delivered or for which payment is due hereunder for the preceding month.
