Common use of Payment and Survival of Repurchase Obligations Clause in Contracts

Payment and Survival of Repurchase Obligations. Buyer may at any time send Seller a notice showing the calculation of any amounts payable pursuant to this Article 12, and Seller shall pay such amounts to Buyer within ten (10) Business Days after Seller receives such notice. The obligations of Seller under this Article 12 shall apply to Buyer, its successors and assigns and Participants and survive the termination of the Repurchase Documents and the indefeasible payment in full of the Repurchase Obligations.
