Common use of Payment and Tax Clause in Contracts

Payment and Tax. 24.1. The Authority shall pay the undisputed sums due to the Contractor in cleared funds within 30 days of receipt and agreement of valid invoices, submitted monthly in arrears, for work completed to the satisfaction of the Authority.
