Common use of Payment Before Maturity Clause in Contracts

Payment Before Maturity. Borrower shall make a payment to Lender of interest only on the Closing Date for the period from the Closing Date through the last day of the month in which the Closing Date occurs (unless the Closing Date is the first day of a calendar month, in which case no such separate payment of interest shall be due). Borrower shall pay to Lender on each Monthly Payment Date the Monthly Payment Amount.
