Payment Bond for Entire Agreement. JOC hereby may elect to not have to post a Payment Bond for each Job Order when issued and instead provide to City, under the same requirements for Payment Bonds outlined in this Article XXII, a Payment Bond for the total dollar amount of the anticipated Work JOC might be issued under this Agreement. If JOC elects to provide a Payment Bond for the total dollar amount of anticipated work JOC might be issued under this Agreement, JOC shall coordinate the value of the provided Payment Bond with City.
