Payment Brand Rights Sample Clauses
Payment Brand Rights. ISO agrees that the Payment Brands have the right, either in law or in equity, to enforce any provision of the Rules and to prohibit ISO’s conduct that creates a risk of injury to the Payment Brands or that may adversely affect the integrity of a Payment Brand’s systems, information, or both. ISO will refrain from taking any action that would have the effect of interfering with or preventing an exercise of such right by a Payment Brand.
