In relation to payments made in respect of this Global Certificate, so long as this Global Certificate is held on behalf of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg or any other clearing system, the definition for "business day" in Condition 6(d) (Payments on business days) shall be amended and shall be any day which is a day on which banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign currencies) in New York City and Hong Kong.
