Payment by Administrative Agent Sample Clauses
The 'Payment by Administrative Agent' clause defines the responsibility of the administrative agent to distribute funds received from borrowers to the appropriate lenders or other parties as specified in the agreement. In practice, this means that when a borrower makes a payment, the administrative agent collects the funds and then allocates them according to the agreed-upon priorities, such as principal, interest, or fees. This clause ensures that payments are handled efficiently and transparently, reducing the risk of misallocation and providing clarity to all parties involved in the transaction.
