Payment by Administrative Agent; Definition of Lender. For purposes of this Section 2.15 (including any definition utilized therein) (i) any payment made by the Administrative Agent to a Lender shall be deemed to be a payment made by the applicable Borrower to such Lender and (ii) the term “Lender” shall include any Issuing Lender.
