Common use of Payment by Agents Clause in Contracts

Payment by Agents. Unless it receives a notification from the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.7, each Paying Agent shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Fiscal Agent.

Payment by Agents. Unless it receives unless they receive a notification from the Fiscal Agent under Clause Xxxxxx 4.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.7, each of the Paying Agent Agents shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes Securities and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Fiscal Agent.

Payment by Agents. Payment by Agents. Payment by Agents. Unless it receives they receive a notification from the Fiscal Agent under Clause 4.3 and subject as provided in to Clause 4.74.6, each Paying Agent the Registrar shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons Bonds and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Fiscal Agent.
