Common use of Payment by Agents Clause in Contracts

Payment by Agents. Unless they receive from the Principal Paying Agent notice of non-payment by the Issuer to the Principal Paying Agent in accordance with Clause 5.3 or 5.12, the Agents shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer on each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and shall entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Paying Agent.

Payment by Agents. Unless they receive a notification from the Principal Paying Agent notice of non-payment by the Issuer to the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 5.4 and subject as provided in accordance with Clause 5.3 or 5.125.6, the other Agents shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Paying Agent.

Payment by Agents. Unless they receive a notification from the Principal Paying Agent notice of non-payment by the Issuer to the Principal Paying Agent in accordance with under Clause 5.3 or 5.12and subject as provided in Clause 5.7, the other Agents shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Paying Agent.
