Common use of Payment by Agents Clause in Contracts

Payment by Agents. unless they receive a notification from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.7, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and (in the case of EFI Notes) the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Paying Agent.

Payment by Agents. unless Unless they receive a notification from the Principal Issuing and Paying Agent under Clause 4.3 4.34.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.74.74.7, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant relevant Issuer and (in the case of EFI Notesrelevant Guarantor(s) the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes Notes, Receipts and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Issuing and Paying Agent.

Payment by Agents. unless Unless they receive a notification from the Principal Issuing and Paying Agent under sub-Clause 4.3 4.5 and subject as provided in sub-Clause 4.74.6, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and (in the case of EFI Notes) the Guarantor Guarantors on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Issuing and Paying Agent.

Payment by Agents. unless Unless they receive a notification from the Principal Paying Fiscal Agent under Clause Xxxxxx 4.3 and subject as provided in Clause 4.7, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and (and, in the case of EFI Guaranteed Notes) , the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Principal Paying Fiscal Agent.
