Common use of Payment by Agents Clause in Contracts

Payment by Agents. Subject as provided in Clause 4.6, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Paying Agent.

Payment by Agents. Subject as provided in Clause 4.6Unless they are not satisfied that full payment has been or will be received from the Issuer, each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid paid, on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor therefore, the amounts due in respect of the Notes and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Paying Agent.

Subject as provided in Clause 4.6Subclause 4.6 (Suspension of Payment by Agents), each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the amounts due in respect of the Notes Notes, Receipts and Coupons and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Paying Agent.

Subject as provided in Clause 4.64.7 (Suspension of Payment by Agents), each of the Paying Agents, in the case of Bearer Notes, each of the Registrar and the Transfer Agents, in the case of the final payment in respect of any Series of Registered Notes, and the Registrar, in the case of all other payments in respect of Registered Notes, shall, subject to and in accordance with the Conditions, pay or cause to be paid on behalf of the Relevant relevant Issuer and the Guarantor on and after each due date therefor the all amounts due in respect of the Notes Notes, Receipts and Coupons issued by it and shall be entitled to claim any amounts so paid from the Issuing and Paying Fiscal Agent.
