Common use of Payment by Credit Card or Check Clause in Contracts

Payment by Credit Card or Check. If you use a credit card to pay for the Services, use of the card is governed by the card issuer agreement, and you must refer to that agreement for your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. If the Company does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. If you make payment by check, you authorize the Company to collect your check electronically. You agree that you may not amend or modify this Agreement or your obligations under this Agreement with any restrictive endorsements (such as “paid in full”), or other statements or releases on or accompanying checks or other payments accepted by the Company and any such notations shall have no legal effect.
