Common use of Payment by FTA Clause in Contracts

Payment by FTA. Except to the extent FTA determines otherwise in writing, the Recipient agrees that FTA will make all payments of Federal assistance through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) method of payment regardless of the amount involved, but not before the Recipient has executed the Grant Agreement or Cooperative Agreement for the Project, in accordance with the following provisions:
