PAYMENT BY SPECIFICATION. The prices for the Fruit That Is Exported shall be strictly paid with regards to the fulfillment of the specifications assigned and not by the Marking or the destinations elected by the Buyer. The parties agree that no purchase price shall be paid for Fruit that does not meet the quantities or the other requirements established in this Agreement.
