Common use of Payment by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Payment by Tenant. Upon any Event of Default, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all costs incurred by Landlord (including court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) in (1) obtaining possession of the Premises, (2) removing and storing Tenant's or any other occupant's property, (3) repairing, restoring, altering, remodeling, or otherwise putting the Premises into condition acceptable to a new tenant, (4) if Tenant is dispossessed of the Premises and this Lease is not terminated, reletting all or any part of the Premises (including brokerage commissions, cost of tenant finish work, and other costs incidental to such reletting), (5) performing Tenant's obligations which Tenant failed to perform, and (6) enforcing, or advising Landlord of, its rights, remedies, and recourses arising out of the Event of Default.

Payment by Tenant. Upon any Event of Default, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all costs incurred by Landlord (including court costs and reasonable attorneys' ’ fees and expensesexpenses incurred) in in: (1) obtaining possession of the Premises, ; (2) removing and storing Tenant's ’s or any other occupant's ’s property, ; (3) repairing, restoring, altering, remodeling, altering or otherwise putting the Premises into condition acceptable for leasing to a new tenant, prospective tenants; (4) if Tenant is dispossessed of the Premises and this Lease is not terminated, reletting all or any part of the Premises (including brokerage commissions, cost of tenant finish work, and other costs incidental to such reletting), ; (5) performing Tenant's ’s obligations which Tenant failed to perform, ; and (6) enforcing, or advising Landlord of, its rights, remedies, remedies and recourses arising out of the Event of Default.

Payment by Tenant. Upon any Event of Default, Tenant shall agrees to pay to Landlord all costs incurred by Landlord (including court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) in (1) obtaining possession of the Premises, (2) removing and storing Tenant's or any other occupant's property, (3) repairing, restoring, altering, remodeling, or otherwise putting the Premises into condition acceptable to a new tenant, (4) if Tenant is dispossessed of the Premises and this Lease is not terminated, reletting all or any part of the Premises (including brokerage commissions, cost of tenant finish work, and other costs incidental to such reletting), (5) performing Tenant's obligations which Tenant failed to perform, and (6) enforcing, or advising Landlord of, enforcing its rights, remedies, and recourses arising out of the Event of Default.Default or in obtaining advice about same; and

Upon any Event of ----------------- TENANT; Default, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all costs NON-WAIVER incurred by Landlord (including court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) in (1i) obtaining possession of the Premises, (2ii) removing and storing Tenant's or any other occupant's property, (3iii) repairing, restoring, altering, remodeling, or otherwise putting the Premises into condition acceptable to a new tenant, (4iv) if Tenant is dispossessed of the Premises and this Lease is not terminated, reletting all or any part of the Premises (including brokerage commissions, cost of tenant finish work, and other costs incidental to such reletting), (5v) performing Tenant's obligations which Tenant failed to perform, and (6vi) enforcing, or advising Landlord ofif, its rights, remedies, and recourses arising out our of the Event of Default.

Payment by Tenant.
