Payment by Third Party. In no event shall Landlord’s acceptance of the payment of Minimum Rent, Percentage Rent or Additional Rent from any party other than Tenant constitute a release of Tenant’s primary obligations under this Lease or Landlord’s acceptance of any other party as an assignee or sublessee of Tenant, regardless of the number of payments accepted by Landlord or the length of time that said party made such payments.
