Payment by Third Party. If You arrange with Us or instruct Us that Our charges are to be paid by a third party, and if that party does not pay the charges within 14 days of the date set for payment or, if no date is set for payment, within 14 days of the date of invoice, You agree to thereupon pay the charges.
Payment by Third Party. If Merchant’s fees for the Services are paid by a third party, should the third party fail to make payment in accordance with the terms of its agreement with FORTE, FORTE may immediately suspend or terminate Merchant’s access to the Services until payment is received or seek payment from Merchant directly in order to continue servicing Merchant.

Any money paid to the Firm by a third party for advance fee deposits becomes Client property held by the Firm at the time it is received by the Firm. Any refund of advanced fees shall be made to the Client unless the Client directs otherwise and such third- party payor/guarantor consents to such refund policy.
