Payment by us. (a) We will pay to you the undisputed payments for all purchases of Milk made by us during each monthly supply period of the Contract Term on or before 15 days after the end of the calendar month to which that invoice relates. (b) We will deduct from payments due and payable to you pursuant to this clause all Levies.
