Common use of Payment by Wire Transfer Clause in Contracts

Payment by Wire Transfer. On each Payment Date, pursuant to Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture and Sections 3.4 and 3.5 hereof, the Trustee shall cause the amounts (to the extent received by the Trustee) set forth in Section 3.4 or 3.5 of this Series Supplement to be paid by wire transfer of immediately available funds released from the Series 2009-1 Distribution Account no later than 4:30 p.m. (New York City time) for credit to the account designated by the Series 2009-1 Noteholders.

Payment by Wire Transfer. On each Payment Date, pursuant to Section 6.1 6 of the Base Indenture and Sections 3.4 and 3.5 hereofGroup I Supplement, the Trustee shall cause the amounts (to the extent received by the Trustee) set forth in Section 3.4 or 3.5 of this Series Supplement Sections 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5, in each case if any and in accordance with such Sections, to be paid by wire transfer of immediately available funds released from the Series 20092013-1 A Distribution Account no later than 4:30 p.m. (New York City time) for credit to the account accounts designated by the Series 20092013-1 A Noteholders.
