Common use of PAYMENT BY YOU Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT BY YOU. This Award was granted in consideration of your services for the Company. Subject to Section 10 below, except as otherwise provided in the Grant Notice, you will not be required to make any payment to the Company (other than your past and future services for the Company) with respect to your receipt of the Award, vesting of the Stock Units, or the delivery of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Stock Units.

PAYMENT BY YOU. This Award was granted in consideration of your services for to the Company. Subject to Section 10 below, except as otherwise provided in the Grant Noticeherein, you will not be required to make any payment to the Company (other than your past and future services for with the Company) with respect to your receipt of the Award, vesting of the Restricted Stock Units, or the delivery of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Restricted Stock Units.

Subject to Section 10 below, except as otherwise provided in the Grant Notice, you will not be required to make any payment to the Company (other than your past and future services for with the Company) with respect to your receipt of the Award, vesting of the Restricted Stock Units, Units or the delivery of the shares of Common Stock underlying the Restricted Stock Units.
