PAYMENT CARD COMPLIANCE. 17 Should CONTRACTOR conduct credit/debit card transactions in conjunction with their business 18 with COUNTY, on behalf of COUNTY, or as part of the business that they conduct, CONTRACTOR 19 covenants and warrants that it is currently PA DSS and PCI DSS compliant and will remain compliant 20 during the entire duration of this Contract.
