Payment/Credit. 4.1 At each enterprise there shall be written routines for sale on credit, with a list of those persons who are authorised to approve credit sales to guests/customers on behalf of the enterprise. 4.2 Skipping out Guidelines shall be agreed upon between the parties at the enterprise for cases where a guest leaves without paying the xxxx (skips out).
