Common use of Payment Currency Currency Conversion Clause in Contracts

Payment Currency Currency Conversion. All references to dollars and “$” herein will refer to U.S. dollars. All payments hereunder will be payable in U.S. dollars. With respect to conversion of Net Income in any non-U.S. currency to U.S. dollars, such conversion will be at the exchange rate equal to the U.S. dollar conversion rate for such currency as published by The Wall Street Journal, Western U.S. Edition, as published on the last business day of the Calendar Quarter in which the applicable Net Income was invoiced. All payments owed under this Agreement will be made by wire transfer in immediately available funds to a bank and account designated in writing by EMulate from time to time for such purpose.
