Common use of Payment Date Other Than a Business Day Clause in Contracts

Payment Date Other Than a Business Day. If any Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date shall not be a Business Day, then payment of principal of or interest on the Notes will be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date such payment was due, and no interest will accrue on such payment for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date to the date of such payment on the next succeeding Business Day.
