Payment Direction. Unless and until Licensee is otherwise notified by Licensor, all payments due to Licensor hereunder shall be made in US Dollars by wire or ACH transfer to Licensor as follows:

Payment Direction. The Issuer may by Issuer Order, direct a Note Paying Agent to pay to the Indenture Trustee money held in trust by the Note Paying Agent, which money will be held by the Indenture Trustee on the same terms as the Note Paying Agent. Payment Direction. The Seller hereby directs the Purchasers to pay the amount of the initial Advance to be made by them on the Closing Date, in accordance with the terms of the Omnibus Payoff and Restructuring Agreement, in the amount of $499,500,000 directly to the Original Purchaser in immediately available funds at the account designated by the Original Purchaser.
