Payment Direction. The Borrower shall take all necessary actions to ensure that at all times all payments of League Pledged Revenue Receipts in which the Borrower has an interest are required to be deposited into the Collection Account pursuant to one or more payment direction letters in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
