Payment Disputes. 1. A Registered Participant may dispute the amount of an invoice, including any amounts to be credited to the Registered Participant. In this case, the Registered Participant shall notify the nature of the dispute and the amount in dispute to the Allocation Platform as soon as practicable and in any event within fifteen (15) Working Days after the date of issuance of the invoice or credit note by registered mail and email. Beyond this period, the invoice shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Registered Participant.
