Payment Exclusions and Offsets. (i) Where approved programs for therapeutic assistance are not utilized (e.g., Alcoholism, Physiotherapy, Psychiatry), payments will be discontinued.
(ii) Where government disability payments are available, such as El payments, CPP/QPP, primary disability pension and W.S.I.B. payments, such payments will offset the amount of monthly payment made by the L.T.D. Rehabilitation While in receipt of L.T.D. payments, rehabilitative therapy, training and employment activity will be available to enable re-employment with the Company or another employer.
