Payment Following Vesting of Deferred Stock Units. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company shall issue to the Grantee (or, in the event of the Grantee’s death, to his or her beneficiary or estate) a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Deferred Stock Units vesting hereunder. Subject to Section 4.3, such shares of Common Stock shall be issued to the Grantee on the Payment Date.
