Payment for. Such additional assignments, including understudy assignments, shall be reduced to writing no later than one week after such assignment. In a pre-Point of Organization or "tryout" tour or during previews at Point of Organization, should the assignments be deleted or reassigned prior to the Official Opening at Point of Organization, the Chorus shall receive payment for an additional assignment only for such weeks or part thereof during which Chorus was responsible for such assignment.

Payment for. (a) Contractor shall be compensated by Owners for [***]. On or before the [***] of each month, Contractor shall provide Owners with an invoice setting forth the actual amounts of [***] incurred during the prior month, together with such supporting documentation as is reasonably requested by Owners. Payment for sick leave and personal leave on this basis shall be considered to eliminate all sick leave and personal leave credit accrued by the Teaching Staff Member at that time.

Payment for. Remedial Action" and/or "Third-Party Liabili- ty Claims"]. (a) Any obligation of [insert owner or operator] under a workers' compensation, disability benefits, or unemployment compensation law or other similar law; (b) Bodily injury to an employee of [insert owner or operator] arising from, and in the course of, employment by [insert owner or op- erator]; (c) Bodily injury or property damage arising from the ownership, maintenance, use, or entrustment to others of any aircraft, motor ve- hicle, or watercraft; (d) Property damage to any property owned, rented, loaned to, in the care, custody, or control of, or occupied by [insert owner or op- erator] that is not the direct result of a release from an underground storage tank; (e) Bodily injury or property damage for which [insert owner or operator] is obligated to pay damages by reason of the assumption of liability in a contract or agreement other than a contract or agree- ment entered into to meet the requirements of WAC 173-360A-1015. The Trustee must reimburse the Grantor, or other persons as specified by the Department from the fund for remedial action expendi- tures and/or third-party liability claims in such amounts as the De- partment directs in writing. In addition, the Trustee must refund to the Grantor such amounts as the Department specifies in writing. Upon refund, such funds no longer constitute part of the fund as defined herein.

Payment for. (a) Andhika agrees to sell 77.5% of its interest in the Property as well as it's full and complete rights to the Government Approvals to such qualified party as indicated by Singkamas that may be appointed for the price of US One Million Dollars (US$1,000,000). (b) All payments hereunder shall be subject to continual fulfillment by Andhika of its obligations under this Agreement.

Payment for. (a) Muara Mayang agrees to sell 80% of its interest in the Concession as well as its full and complete rights to the Government Licenses to such qualified party as indicated by Kalimas that may be appointed for the price of USD $_______________. (b) All payments hereunder shall be subject to continual fulfillment by Muara Mayang of its obligations under this Agreement.

Payment for. It is understood and agreed that the rent as noted herein does not include payment for utilities. Lessee shall throughout the term of this Lease pay all utility bills which may accrue in the operation of the Lessee’s business.
