Subcontract Terms. All portions of the Work performed by a subcontractor or sub-subcontractor shall be pursuant to an appropriate agreement between the Contractor and the subcontractor (and where appropriate between subcontractors and sub-subcontractors) which shall contain provisions that:
Subcontract Terms. Contractor may subcontract with a third party for training or administrative services in connection with this Contract. ETP shall not be named as a party on any subcontract. A subcontract for administrative services must be in writing, and must be filed with ETP prior to its effective date. A subcontract or oral agreement for training services must be disclosed and its terms made available to ETP upon demand. An administrative subcontract must incorporate the provisions set forth under "Exhibit C: Subcontracts." ETP reserves the right to monitor the delivery of services under any subcontract. Contractor shall use best efforts to correct performance problems identified by ETP as a result of monitoring.
Subcontract Terms. Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to include in each Major Equipment Purchase Order provisions in substantially the following form for the protection of Owner. If Contractor is unable to obtain such agreement in advance from a Major Equipment Vendor, it shall promptly notify Owner; however, in the event that this Agreement is terminated, Contractor shall work cooperatively with Owner to obtain the agreement of the Major Equipment Vendor to assignment of its Subcontract or the relevant portion thereof at that time. It should be noted that the Subcontracts that Contractor will have with ABB Ltd. and Xxxxxxx Process Management for the supply of instrumentation and control related equipment associated with the Work will not be directly assignable to Owner in the event of termination of this Agreement.
Subcontract Terms. Where the Consultant enters into a contract with a sub-consultant or sub-contractor, the Consultant shall incorporate the requirements of the Living Wage Schedule into the contract and require the sub-consultant or subcontractor, as applicable, to incorporate the requirements of the Living Wage Schedule into any further contract with a sub-consultant or sub-contractor or other employer with workers carrying out any portion of the Services in or on City-owned or City-leased land, buildings, roadways, parks and public rights of way (the “Project Site”).
Subcontract Terms. (a) The Subcontractor is authorised to make contractual or other arrangements with subcontractors for purposes connected with the Services.
Subcontract Terms. Each Subcontract shall include all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents in the Subcontracts and ensure compliance by the Subcontractor with all applicable requirements of the Contract Documents, including Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, and Exhibits C and D of this Volume II, Book I, DBA.

Each Subcontract shall include terms and conditions sufficient to ensure compliance by the Subcontractor with all applicable requirements of the Contract Documents, and shall include provisions addressing the following requirements as well as any other terms that are specifically required by the Contract Documents to be included therein:
