Payment for Associated Services Sample Clauses
The 'Payment for Associated Services' clause defines the obligation of one party to compensate the other for additional services that are related to, but not included in, the main scope of work. This clause typically outlines the types of associated services covered, such as consulting, support, or maintenance, and specifies the rates or methods for calculating payment for these services. Its core function is to ensure that any extra work beyond the primary agreement is properly compensated, thereby preventing disputes over payment for ancillary tasks.
