Common use of Payment for Landlords Work Clause in Contracts

Payment for Landlords Work. All work done at the Tenant's request (including the supplying of materials or equipment) by the Landlord or its contractors or sub-contractors in or relating to the Leased Premises, over and above Landlord's Work, shall be paid for by the Tenant forthwith on demand.
