Payment for Shares of the Fund. The Custodian shall make appropriate arrangements with the Transfer Agent and the principal underwriter of the Fund to enable the Custodian to make certain it promptly receives the cash or other consideration due to the Fund for such new or treasury Shares as may be issued or sold from time to time by the Fund, in accordance with the governing documents and offering prospectus and statement of additional information of the Fund. The Custodian will provide prompt notification to the Fund of any receipt by it of payments for Shares of the Fund.
