Payment for TheraSense Products. TheraSense shall submit an ------------------------------- invoice to Nipro upon each shipment of FreeStyle Products ordered by Nipro and as set forth below in Section 5.5. The invoice shall cover the Transfer Price for the FreeStyle Products in a given shipment plus any freight, taxes or other costs incident to the purchase or shipment initially paid by TheraSense but to be borne by Nipro.
