Payment Free and Clear of Taxes. Any and all payments by any Obligor under this Article 7 shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including the provisions of Section 2.08 (and such Obligor shall make such payments of Taxes or Other Taxes to the extent described in Section 2.08), as though such payments were made by the Borrower.
